Ms. Suan NG, the Corporate Service Director of Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP), School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) Nanyang Technological University, also praised the team for their efficient support during the event:

“ Wow! You girls (LYNN, JOLENE and SHARON) are super-efficient. Many thanks for your excellent organization. ”

Professor Daniel GOH Yam Thiam, Cluster Head of the Department of Paediatrics Khoo Teck Puat – National University Children’s Medical Institute, National University Hospital has closely associated with PING Healthcare Pte. Ltd. for over a decade. He has accoladed PING Healthcare Pte Ltd and its team for their efficient assistance in many occasions. This is his testimony:

” I have engaged the services of PING for several activities and meetings over the past several years. I have no shares in PING and hence can honestly and (without bias) share with you my frank thoughts and experience.

I first engaged PING to work on my regional workgroup called the Asia Pacific Paediatric Sleep Alliance (APPSA). It was through a recommendation of a friend from the healthcare industry who had engaged them to do some previous work. APPSA is a regional workgroup of paediatric sleep specialists from across the Asia-Pacific region (including Australia and New Zealand) and with affiliate members from the USA. We have had PING as our secretariat for at least 8 years now – they run our activities and organize our programmes and also serve as congress organisers when we organize regional workshops and meetings. We hold twice yearly meetings in the region (rotating venues in the various member countries) and also have workshops and regional conferences at least once in 2 years. The fact that we continue to use PING is testimony to the fact that we are very happy with their services. Most importantly, they are cost efficient and very flexible and easy to work with. We have had other companies run our activities previously and most of them sound and look good on the surface but everything has an additional charge and cost which adds up to a lot. PING has always been flexible and helpful and never too focused on the fees.

Over the years we have seen the team at PING grow as well and they have a lean and efficient and responsive team which gets things done very promptly. Following the positive experience with PING, many of my associates from the region have also engaged PING to run meetings and conferences. Another group that I am involved in called the Asian Strategic Alliance for the Prevention of Pneumococcal Disease (ASAP), which was previously based in the Philippines first asked PING to manage some small activities and subsequently took PING on as the secretariat and also run its conferences around the region – and this has been for at least 4 to 5 years now.

Secondary to this, other groups such as the Asia Dengue Advocacy Group (ADVA) where the Chairperson from Thailand witnessed the excellent work of PING and engaged them to run their conferences with great success. In fact, I just met with the Thai professor this week  at another meeting and she mentioned that she was planning to engage PING to run an international conference in Bangkok at the end of this year.

Overall, I would rate the services of PING as 8.5 out of 10 and their expertise likewise 8.5 out of 10. Their strength is coordinating and organizing events. They have a good network in the region – so if you are expecting delegates from the region (especially Asia), they will be very experienced.

PING can run almost everything from coordinating delegates and speakers travel and accommodation to ground transport and registration and local hospitality. They have also done very good conference abstract and programme books, nice layout and efficiently done. PING also has quite experienced medical writers who can do a conference summary and even a publication on the proceedings.

What I find most valuable is that the boss (Dr Francis Kwong) personally oversees every project and ensures the quality and efficiency and his staff have all worked with him for some time and are very experienced and well trained. Even Mrs Kwong is personally involved in the company. I dare say, from my past experience, that PING is reliable and able to deliver. They would not take on a project if they didn’t think they could manage and once they are on board, they can do well and they take pride in doing a good job. Judging from the many ‘return customers’, PING certainly is doing a good something right and have carved a niche market for itself – They are a medium sized company which is agile and responsive and capable – and can do everything any big name company can do – but at a much more cost efficient manner and with more personalized service.

I would not hesitate to recommend PING. As stated above, I have no vested interest in PING but dare add that they have never let us down after so many years – hence we have no intention of changing our secretariat. I hope the above information is useful to you in your deliberations.”
